HIP-HOP, LOCKING, POPPING ALL 1 on 1
The 2013 edition of Last One Stands will once again be amongst the biggest street dance competitions in North America. Come and share this incredible experience as this event features the highest caliber of international talent flown in from all over the world. We have invited eight guests from France, Germany, Taiwan, USA, and Montreal. All of our guests are renowned pioneers of the dance and champions from world-class battles. At Last One Stands, stakes will be high as dancers (local and guest) will compete in a one vs. one battle tournament in the styles of Popping, Locking and Hip Hop. Last year, a record number of over 500 participants witnessed an amazing show as dancers brought new levels to this art. This event has gained vast international attention as the event footage has accumulated over 1,000,000 views worldwide. Nothing beats the live show as it guarantees to be an unforgettable evening of entertainment and we look forward to sharing this event with you Vancity!

Doors open at 3:00 PM
Preliminaries (audition style) start at 4:00PM sharp!
Battles start at 5:30PM
FOR BATTLE PARTICIPANTS, YOU MUST SIGN IN BY 3:00pm
FOR SPECTATORS, SUGGESTED TIME OF ARRIVAL IS 5:00pm AS SEATING IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
***PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CAMERAS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. CELL PHONES PERMITTED OF COURSE. ANY PERSON CAUGHT FILMING WILL BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE EVENT.
